How long does it take? ▼
Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days from when tapes arrive at our studio. Premium customers get priority (3–7 days).
What tape formats do you accept? ▼
VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video8, Digital8, MiniDV, and Betamax. Send us a photo if you have something unusual — we can usually accommodate.
How do I cancel? ▼
From your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your library remains accessible for 90 days afterwards.
Can I change my email or password? ▼
Both from account settings. Email can be changed once a year (anti-takeover measure). Password change asks for your current password first.
What if my tape gets damaged? ▼
Tapes travel in our padded kits with tracked post. If something happens in our care, we cover up to £250 per tape. For high-value items, declare a higher value with us in writing first.
Do you watch our videos? ▼
Only briefly during colour-correction and audio-level checks. We don't keep copies, never share, and never train AI on your footage.
